1 - Exam scenarios are organized with our native trainers in order to prepare you effectively for the HSK Tests.
2 - The hours of conversation are cumulative. The Excellence Bonus entitles you to free minutes of maintenance (up to 30 minutes per month), even without a Premium subscription. Likewise, sponsoring a new subscriber who is committed for 6 months or more gives the right to 30 minutes of free conversation. The trainee is responsible for consuming the balance of the available hours before ending his subscription.
3 — In the case of a non-binding subscription, the subscription must be stopped at the latest 15 days before the end of the current period.
4 - The break does not mean the stopping of samples but only the temporary suspension in the broadcast of courses, revisions and tests.

LITIGATION — CONSUMER MEDIATION
In the event of a dispute between the Customer and MandarinMaster, they will endeavour to resolve it amicably (the Customer will send a written complaint to the professional or, where appropriate, to the MandarinMaster Customer Relations Department) by contacting contact@mandarinmaster.fr
In the absence of an amicable agreement or in the absence of a response from MandarinMaster within a reasonable period of one (1) month, the Consumer Customer within the meaning of Article L.133-4 of the Consumer Code has the option of referring, free of charge, if a disagreement persists, to the competent mediator registered on the list of mediators established by the Commission for the Evaluation and Control of Consumer Mediation pursuant to Article L.615-1 of the Consumer Code, namely: The Professional Mediation Society www.mediator-consummation-smp.fr 24 Albert de Mun Street - 33000 Bordeaux
